Make Allergy Antidote - Allergic reactions occur because of the chemical histamine release in the body that cause inflammation, leading to allergic symptoms. Chamomile is a natural antihistamine, work with anti-inflammatory properties, to reduce the swelling. Chamomile allergy antidote relieves the symptoms of internal congestion, runny nose and sneezing, combined with honey for soocoughing and a sense of tightness in the chest. With antidote chamomile as an external poultice or ointment allows the treatment and alleviation of allergic conjunctivitis, allergic and allergic sinus headache.
How to Make Allergy Antidote
Pour 3 cups of water into tea kettle or cooking pot. Set stovetop burner to medium. Bring water to slow boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove kettle or cooking pot from heat.
Place 3 chamomile teabags 1 teabag per cup of water into kettle or pot. Allow chamomile to steep in water for 2-3 minutes. Pour 1-2 cups of hot chamomile tea into tea cup or coffee mug. Add 1 tsp. of honey per cup of tea. Stir chamomile and honey tea mixture. Drink antidote to sooth symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
Remove chamomile teabags from kettle or pot. Place teabags in refrigerator for later use. Let remaining 1 cup of chamomile tea cool in kettle or cooking pot until it is lukewarm or place mixture into refrigerator to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Soak 2 cotton balls into cooled chamomile mixture. Use cotton balls to blot chamomile tea mixture around outside of eyes, eyelids and under-eye area to reduce swollen allergy eyes, itching and allergic shiners.
Take cold teabags out of refrigerator 4-5 hours later. Place teabags over closed eyes, on top of forehead and/or sinuses like poultice for 15-20 minutes to reduce allergy-related inflammation and congestion.
