Make Allergy Tea Herbal Treatment of Seasonal Allergies or Hay Fever - Many people suffer from allergies or hay fever. There are many herbs to effectively treat seasonal allergies. This recipe includes 4 of the best allergy fighting herbs nettle, echinacea, peppermint and red clover.


How to Make Allergy Tea Herbal Treatment of Seasonal Allergies or Hay Fever


2 parts nettle 2 parts peppermint 1 part red clover 1 part echinacea


Steep 1 1/2 teaspoons of herbal tea in hot water for 15 minutes. Cover tea while it is steeping to prevent steam from removing medicinal components.


Drink herbal tea 3 times daily for effective treatment of seasonal allergies.


Herbal tea can be drunk immediately or stored in refrigerator for up to week.


Adding ground and dried berries to tea gives it interesting flavor and color. You can also add bit of honey to improve flavor.
